For the smoothie:

For the toppings:

To prepare, just blend the fruits, Acai, and a little bit of coconut water for it to stay thick. After, you can top it with crushed pistachio, or any nuts you prefer, and/or rice and oat granola.

To prepare, mix the oats and a little bit of cinnamon with hot/cold water, depending on your preference. After, you can top it with yogurt and strawberries.
