Rhian Ramos shares fuss-free diet to maintain her physique

Rhian Ramos says whenever she posts bikini photos of herself, she often receives questions from her followers about her diet and how she got her figure.

On her latest vlog, Rhian shared what she eats in a day and answered her followers' request to share her diet plan.

The Love of My Life actress said that she was quite the pudgy kid growing up, so she tried to lose weight through unhealthy means.

Fortunately, Rhian has now learned how to eat "purposefully" or to eat different kinds of food depending on what she wants to achieve or what activities she has planned for the day.

First off, Rhian follows a strict intermittent fasting schedule, where she's only allowed to eat for eight hours a day and she doesn't start eating until 4:00 PM.

Her first meal of the day is a bowl of Israeli Salad, which is diced cucumbers and tomatoes dressed with lemon juice, olive oil, and tahini.

She also had a bit of what her Israeli boyfriend, Amit Borsok, cooked up which was scrambled eggs and toast.

For dinner, Rhian just had leftovers she made with a lot of veggies and a lot of love.

After dinner comes dessert, the moment she's been waiting for the whole day, which consisted of just a few pieces of chocolate-covered biscuits.
