Heart Evangelista calms anxiety through painting

Amid the COVID-19 outbreak, Queen of Creative Collaboration Heart Evangelista said that painting has helped her calm her anxiety.

In an Instagram post on Saturday, April 11, the Kapuso actress related that she always turns her attention to painting to ease the storm in her mind.

“'Oh the canvas can do miracles, just you wait and see.

“This saying has been my mantra ever since and it never fails to calm my anxieties and inspire me to keep creating,” she said.


In a separate post on the same day, Heart expressed how much she misses her husband, Governor Chiz Escudero, who's currently in Sorsogon helping his constituents in fighting the coronavirus.

“Missing my husband so much. Can't wait for you to come home,” she wrote.

The actress-celebrity influencer has been receiving a lot of praise for her incredibly stunning artworks.

She has partnered with different clothing brands featuring her paintings.

In January 2018, she officially made her US debut as an artist as one of her fabulous artwork landed on Harper's Bazaar magazine.

Moreover, to showcase more of her talent, Heart previously held art exhibits including the “In Full Bloom” in 2018 and “Oceans Apart” at the Ayala Museum in Makati in 2016.
