Solenn Heussaff reveals difficulties of producing milk for Baby Thylane

Solenn Heussaff made a confession in her recent vlog entry and it is about her difficulty producing breast milk for daughter Thylane

“Breastfeeding might be the hardest thing that any woman has experienced in her whole life,” says the new mom.

“I do love the feeling of breastfeeding and I love to breastfeed but its work. It's a lot of work.

“I had to work three times harder to try and up my milk supply.”

According to Solenn, she also asked for the help of her other mom friends for Thylane's supply of breast milk.

“I had to ask help from some friends for some of their breast milk because obviously breast milk is best for babies, we all know that. The vitamins they get from your milk, they can't get anywhere else.”

She also visited four lactation specialists to help her with her breastfeeding journey.

In the end, Solenn gave words of encouragement for moms who are breastfeeding, or uses formula for their babies, or trying to feed their babies with a mix of breast milk and formula.

“You do you, don't let anyone judge you. At the end of the day, as long as you and your baby are healthy, that's the important thing.”

Solenn also shared tips for mommies who are also struggling to produce milk.

“The tips I'm going to give right now, I am just basing everything that I am going to tell you guys today on researches, on the things I went through as well and on friends' journeys because every mom is different.”
