Lovi Poe stresses the importance of 'social media diet.'

Kapuso sexy actress Lovi Poe revealed that she is pushing to go on social media diet from now on to experience a more relaxed, stress-free day, on Wednesday, June 10.

Based on her Instagram story, it seems that Lovi starts her day scrolling through her phone and reading news and having unwanted conversations.

This habit has already put a toll on her as she bared that her days seem gloomy because of the said routine.

“I've noticed that I carry an unwanted energy all throughout the day every time I start my mornings scrolling through my phone, reading sad headlines or maybe having conversations about negative current situations,” she said.

But having said this, Lovi likewise stressed the importance of being informed, especially these days when the world is trying to vanquish a pandemic on top of current and controversial issues.

“It's important to be informed. I can't stress that enough. But it's also important to make the effort to make your mind a positive place to live in.

“With everything that's happening, it sometimes becomes a choice. So starting your day with the right 'information and social media diet' may help,” she added.

The actress then urged the public to reflect and still be grateful for what they have.

“Reflect, be grateful and say a prayer to the God that you believe in. Me, I will speak of God's word and claim that we will get through this in Jesus' name,” Lovi noted.
