In an Instagram post, he shared a photo of a large bowl filled with fruits, vegetables and even some pasta.

"Where my volume eaters at? Do you ever get that feeling when you're trying to eat less and still feel hungry afterwards? I love my comfort food and portion control is hard for me sometimes. So I try to eat larger portions of food and pack my plate high on veggies, whole fruits and lean protein that are nutrient-dense so I get lots of vitamins & minerals which will help improve my health, energy levels and sleep," she wrote on the caption.

"Volume eating" is not necessarily a diet plan or regimen but refers to eating food that physically have a lot of volume or size but are low in calories.

Lovi also stressed the importance of picking healthier choices of food.

"You don't have to feel guilty for having a big meal. You just have to make healthier food choices like this salad I'm having: Kale lettuce, avocado, kamote, and we had leftover macaroni pasta (no wastage in this house!) so I put that too, and drizzled honey mustard," she explained.

She also reminded her followers not to try every fad diet that comes along.

"Just sharing what works for me. Hope this helps make you eat healthier and lose fat. But do consult your doctor first if this is good for you," she added.
