Kylie started explaining why The Power of Now is her favorite by going back. “Medyo may anxiety ako and I'm suffering from depression before so wala ako sa moment all the time, palagi kong iniisip 'yung future or 'yung past.”

She continued, “So medyo may pagka-praning talaga ako. 'Yung book kasi, it teaches you how to be in the now, in the moment.

In fact, Kylie revealed that it was in 2016 when her husband, actor Aljur Abrenica, recommended the book to her.

The Power Of Now by Eckhart Tolle, wonderful book, worth it sya basahin 🙏🏻 #healing #spiritualawakening

For Ruru, watching a movie is always greater than reading a book but it all changed when he read the book by world-renowned author Paulo Coelho, The Alchemist.

“The Alchemist,” he said when asked what book changed his life. “Kasi sobrang life changing siya.
