If you answered yes to both questions, then fret no more, because Philippine Volcanoes player Harry Morris has a piece of advice for you.

“Go for it,” he says.

“Stop looking at all of these amazing Instagram shots and find your nearest school and go for it."

If you're wondering what makes Harry an expert, we'll let his credentials do all the talking. Because if he's not out playing in the field, the Welsh athlete is a divemaster and has a bachelor's degree in Marine Biology.

Thanks for all the Birthday wishes! Appreciate you all.... Here's a random clip showing that you can play #rugby anywhere 😂 (avoid the live corals though)

In an exclusive interview with GMANetwork.com, Harry shares how you can take the first step in pursuing your new hobby.

He says, “First off if you plan to scuba dive, there are dive shops in Pasong Tamo, in Makati. And there's one in Greenhills and in BGC. Google it and find it.

“But, if you're doing free diving, you need to do a few pool sessions so you can practice your breathing.

“Then it's nice to go to the sea 'cause that's what it's all about, right? It's not about holding your breath, but it's about enjoying what's underwater.

“So if you're ready you can go somewhere in Anilao, in Batangas. And if you have extra time, there's always Subic."

He says, “It's such an amazing feeling to try something new and to get a qualification in something you didn't expect.

“Filipinos live in an archipelago. It's one of the most beautiful places in the world to free dive.

“We have all of this in our doorstep so go out there and enjoy it.”

We couldn't have said it better.
