According to Scarlet's post, she was already tired when Yorme approached her.
In the first video, Scarlet was seated when Mayor Isko asked her to join him for a picture. The second part of the video showed that Scarlet is bonding with her father, Hayden Kho, and working on different pronunciations of Yorme.
