Way to go, Winywn and Yeoj!
Winwyn Marquez and her brother Yeoj have finally earned their first trophy together as they celebrated winning 1st place in a CrossFit competition.
On Instagram, the Kapuso actress and fitness junkie said that all the hard work paid off when they won 1st place.
“We just wrapped up our first CrossFit event as duo for the bootcamp MF division @lovefest.ph and after 3 workouts of the day...we placed 1st overall!!
“Worth it ang pagod and iyak sa gym.”
She also showed her sibling love for her brother who served as her source of motivation when times were hard.
“Big bro, @mr.yeojmarquez, the best ka talaga! You really thought of the best strategies for our WODs and made sure we can turn our weaknesses into strengths!
“Hindi biro ang bootcamp lalo na sa first time na mag-compete na tulad ko. But you made sure na hindi ako mag give up...sobrang galing mo na leader.”
Winwyn also thanked her teammates, most especially their coaches Paul David Cruz and Dandy Chua.
Similarly, their father Joey Marquez is a proud stage dad for both Winwyn and Yeoj.
On Instagram, Joey posted several videos of the two competing in the boot camp proving his kids' undeniable synchronization and strength while doing the series of workouts together.
Sibling goals and fitness goals indeed! Way to go, Winwyn and Yeoj!
