The quarantine guidelines advised by the government had left a lot of people on what to do on their free time at home when malls and other establishments are closed.

1. Regal Entertainment
Looking for '80s and '90s local films? Regal Entertainment has you covered now that they've uploaded films like Anak ni Janice and Temptation Island (original version) on their official YouTube channel.
2. TBA Studios
Get more of your local film fix and re-watch highly acclaimed movies like Heneral Luna, Goyo, Birdshot, and psychological thriller Bliss from TBA Studios. They've uploaded the films on their official Facebook and YouTube accounts.
3. Scribd
Digital library Scribd is giving free 30-day access to its wide collection of eBooks and audiobooks.
4. Paulo Coelho
Well-loved Brazilian author Paulo Coelho has announced on his Instagram that some of his works are now posted for free on his website. His eBooks are also available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian.
5. Project Gutenberg
Project Gutenberg is an online library of over 60,000 free eBooks and educational materials. Choose among the free ePub and Kindle eBooks and download or read them online.
6. Lockdown Cinema Club
The Lockdown Cinema Club is an initiative by independent Filipino filmmakers including filmmaker Carl Chavez, producer Alemberg Ang, cinematographer Mackie Galvez, and actress and producer Camille Aragona. The initiative invites viewers to “watch all you want, give what you can,” to help no work-no pay film industry workers including utility personnel, setmen, frips, electricians, and production staff.
