Troy Montero's 'CLOY' getaway in 'Switzerland' for Aubrey Miles' 40th birthday

For her 40th birthday, Troy Montero treated his longtime partner Aubrey Miles to an unforgettable trip in “Switzerland” inspired by the Korean drama series Crash Landing on You.

But, is it really Switzerland? Of course not.

With the travel ban and enhanced community quarantine in effect, the actor used his creativity juices by overlapping himself and Aubrey to a video on their TV screen.

The result? A hilarious travel montage.

As written on his Instagram, “We finally made it to Switzerland for Aubrey's 40th birthday. It wasn't easy to get a flight here but it was worth the risk. Now taking a train through the Swiss Alps for a little CLOY inspired getaway! Take care, everyone!”

Aubrey was very much amused with the idea and even poked fun at seeing Crash Landing on You oppa Captain Ri (Hyun Bin) within the vicinity.

She wrote, “Happy birthday to me. [It's] my first time in Switzerland. Thanks, @troymontero for this awesome birthday gift. First day, taking the train to the Swiss Alps.

“I'm loving it already. Maybe I will see Captain Ri here. CLOY vibes. Where next?”

Aubrey and Troy aren't the first ones to amuse their fans with their home travel challenge.
