Acclaimed screenwriter, novelist, and playwright Ricky Lee is opening a film scriptwrting workshop online and it's for free.
Chynna Ortaleza, who used to be among Ricky's student, shared the good news.
She posted all the details of the celebrated writer's free online workshop and wrote, “Kailangan natin ng kwento. Sulat tayo?”
Ricky's writing workshop will happen on April 8, 15, and 22. The class is only limited to 50 participants and those interested to join must be at least 18 years old and a Filipino citizen.
Interested applicants may send their letter of intent and bio to banalramel@gmail.com by March 27, 2020.
Other celebrity students of Ricky include Kean Cipriano, Jessy Mendiola, and Isabelle de Leon.
Ricky's free online workshop is among the efforts in encouraging productivity despite the enhanced community quarantine due to COVID-19.
