Hardware stores are now open for delivery and pick-up orders

As announced by Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque on Friday, April 24, malls in areas placed under the general community quarantine (GCQ) will be allowed to operate, but only establishments offering essential goods and services will be open, including hardware stores.

Thus, several hardware stores in the country have announced that they will now be open for pick up and delivery of hardware essentials. Find out which ones near your area are open and how you can order from them from the list below.

Where to buy hardware essentials amid the extended ECQ and newly implemented GCQ

Handyman

Handyman has announced that seven of their Metro Manila branches will be open to take orders for delivery.

Customers can text or call the Handyman branch nearest to them and place their orders. Once confirmed, they can book a delivery service to pick-up their orders for them and bring it to their homes.

Some of their suggested delivery services are Lalamove-Purchase Service, My Kuya app, Gawin.ph-Pasabuy, Grab, JoyRide, Happy Move, MrSpeedy, and Cancan.

For their Robinsons Dasmariñas branch, only Lalamove-Purchase Service is allowed.

Handyman accepts payment through GCash and Alipay Scan.

True Value

True Value Hardware Philippines has also announced that their Eastwood, Uptown Mall BGC, and Power Plant Mall branches are now ready to deliver hardware essentials straight to people's homes.

Ace Hardware

Ace Hardware Philippines has launched their Call and Collect operation nationwide, where people can order hardware essentials via call or text and have a delivery courier collect their order for them.

Selected Ace Hardware Stores will be open in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao from Mondays to Saturdays, from 8 AM to 5 PM. Cut-off time for orders will be at 2 PM.
