In part 2 of Christian's vlog, Mark explained the new guidelines set by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA).

“Number 1 requirement is testing. The requirement they have when it comes to testing is you have to test all the players, all the coaches, everybody involved in the production, a day before the games,” Mark explained.

“Then you have to re-test them on the day itself, two hours before the game.

“And then you have to test them again after the game.”

Mark also explained the economic downturn bought by the pandemic in sports. In the Philippines, ball clubs in the Philippine Basketball Association are owned by private corporations.

He said, ”How much is a rapid test now? I think the cheapest is PhP 700. Ayun ang problema ngayon e.

“The organizations and the leagues itself will have to shell out so much money, but they will have no guarantee of getting it back because number 1, walang puwedeng manood.

“And then I don't think corporate sponsors are still that keen on sponsoring sports events online, e.

“Hindi pa reared towards that kind of sports production ang mga companies ngayon, e.”
