Richard Gomez bonds with daughter Juliana in latest cooking video

By Marah Ruiz

The Filipino favorite, sinigang na baka gets the spotlight in the latest episode of Richard Gomez's online cooking series Goma at Home.

He once again shot his vlog in the beautiful outdoor kitchen of their spacious home in Ormoc.

Joining him is his only daughter Juliana who served as his assistant in the kitchen.

"Sinigang is a staple in our house," Juliana shares.

Richard used green mangoes as a souring agent for his sinigang.

"Now usually we use tamarind or sampaloc or sometimes kamias but this time we'll use maasim na manggang hilaw," he says of his recipe.

He also suggested which cuts of meat are best for sinigang.

"Para sa akin, there are two parts na masarap para sa sinigang na baka: first 'yung ribs, pangalawa 'yung likod, 'yung spine," he explains.

Here's how to make his sinigang na baka.
