Barbie Forteza and Jak Roberto have a heart-to-heart talk about the ongoing pandemic in latest vlog

Kapuso couple Barbie Forteza and Jak Roberto got together to film a samgyup mukbang vlog for Barbie's YouTube channel.

In the video, Barbie and Jak have a heart-to-heart talk about the current events affecting everyone right now, such as the COVID-19 pandemic and community quarantine.

Jak also asked Barbie how she's been dealing with the present situation and the new normal protocols being implemented in the country.

According to her, "Siguro ang realization ko na lang habang tumatagal 'tong quarantine, 'Take it one day at a time.'

"Kasi nothing is definite lalo na ngayon. 'Yung nag-GCQ na tayo, akala natin tuloy-tuloy na, bumalik tayo sa MECQ, 'yung ganoon? Kumbaga hindi ka makapagplano 'e kasi kahit ang buong mundo, hindi alam.

"I take it one day at a time kasi every day may bagong announcements, may pagbabago either in a good way or a bad way. So doon ko tinatantsa 'yung mind set ko for the day."

Barbie also shared a few of the activities she does to help lift her mood whenever she's feeling down. This includes working out, watching the series Friends, and journaling. The latter one makes her feel especially good as it gives her something to look forward to in her day.
