By Marah Ruiz

Actor and politician Richard Gomez took another viewer's request for the latest episode of his online cooking series Goma at Home.

Cooking from his outdoor kitchen, Richard shared his recipe for ribeye steak which he serves with herbed butter and mushroom sauce.

While waiting for his steak to cook, he expressed gratitude to his viewers for leaving comments on his videos.

He also picked a few and chose to answer their questions.

One asked if Richard ever went to culinary school.

"I did not. I just read a lot of culinary books, cooking books," he shared.

He also added that he learns from observing other people cook.

"When I go to restaurants, I really observe well kung ano 'yung ginagawa ng mga chef. There are restaurants na open 'yung kitchen so you can see how they're working on things. That's what I do," he explained.

Another asked about the colorful painting which hangs over his outdoor kitchen's sink and serves as his background in his videos.

"Yes, this is mine. I painted it here in Ormoc City. I have a series of these," Richard revealed.

He also shared that he and his staff eat the food he cooks after they shoot so nothing goes to waste.
