Basel, better known by his online handle as The Hungry Syrian Wanderer, is perhaps one of the most famous foreign vloggers living in the Philippines today. Boasting 3.29M subscribers on YouTube, Basel's videos often portray his acts of charity towards Filipinos.

His most popular video to date now has 4.4M views and features the time when he gave the street children in his area their first experience of eating at a popular Pinoy fast-food chain.

2. Bisayang Hilaw

American photographer Carson Moody, Bisayang Hilaw on YouTube, first came to the Philippines in 2012 as a missionary where he learned how to speak Bisaya. In 2017, Carson returned to the Philippines and officially started his vlogging career.

He regularly vlogs about his travels in the Philippines which garners millions of views online. Carson is also currently in a relationship with Filipino-Australian model Zowie Pallaier.

3. #BecomingFilipino

Canadian YouTuber Kyle Jennermann started his channel titled #BecomingFilipino six years ago. Through this project, Kyle hopes to explore and share the different aspects of Filipino culture which he has fallen deeply in love with.

4. The Ahern Family

The Ahern Family is composed of American vlogger Brian Ahern, his Filipina wife Jodalyn, and their five kids Erica, Kathleen, Michael, Josephyn, and Braeden. This one big and happy family is based in Bohol.

In their vlogs, they often feature the many different sights and activities found in the beautiful island province. They also let their subscribers see what goes on in their family life.

5. The Juicy Vlog

British vloggers George Warrington and Lucy D' Agostino of The Juicy Vlog recently celebrated their first year anniversary of living in the Philippines. They initially came here to see the country's beautiful nature but after experiencing our trademark Filipino hospitality, they decided to stay for even longer.

Their videos about the different islands in the country and taste tests of various Pinoy cuisine are a hit among their subscribers.

6. Finn Snow

Icelandic American filmmaker Finn Snow enjoys the rich, biodiverse waters of the Philippines!

A couple of his vlogs feature his scuba diving trips where he films the lush reefs teeming with marine life found in our seas.

7. Making It Happen Vlog

The Making It Happen Vlog is the brainchild of Austrian vlogger Mike Holaschke together with his partner, Nelly Hrnic. Upon visiting Palawan three years ago, the couple fell in love at first sight.

Their channel experienced great success after they started vlogging more and more about the Philippines. Coupled with their great experience interacting with the locals, Mike and Nelly knew that they just had to make Manila their new home base.

8. Dustin Backpacks

American traveler Dustin Borglin started the channel Dustin Backpacks where he documents his adventures around the world. When the lockdown happened last March 2020, Dustin was left stranded in Cebu where he was "adopted" by his friends Raymund and Reche.

His story was recently featured on Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho where he had basic toilets built for his new "kababayan" as a way of giving back to the unconditional hospitality he received from them.

They may not be Filipinos but these vloggers have that "Pusong Pinoy" which has endeared their Filipino subscribers.
