Connie Sison, relieved after Bubbly's operation
It was a difficult Monday for Unang Hirit host Connie Sison last November 9 after her pet dog Bubbly underwent surgery.
She posted on her Istagram Story that her dog of 14 years needed an operation.
The medical procedure at the veterinary clinic was a success and this Tuesday morning, Connie informed her Instagram followers that Bubbly is doing well.
She posted on Instagram, “Visited my #furbaby of 14 years Bubbly this morning after her surgery yesterday and Praise God! She is well and good. So active, has a healthy appetite again, and was excitedly wagging her tail and sort of like pleading to go home already as soon as she “smelled” me.”
The Unang Hirit host added that she is extremely proud of how her dog is coping after the surgery since she is a bit old already.
“Bubbly is already blind and a bit deaf because of old age. But at her age of 98 years old in dog years, I am mighty proud of how well she is coping with her major surgery.”
Moreover, Connie also shared some details of the operation done to Bubbly as well and asked everyone to continue to pray for her speedy recovery.
“All her breasts, uterus had been removed. She was also spayed to be sure that there will be lesser chances of tumor regrowth. Please continue to pray for her swift recovery.
“She will have to stay in the vet for a few more days to make sure all her vitals and wound healing are all a-ok.”
