On Instagram, Tuesday, former PBA player Doug Kramer announced that he is set to build another dream home with his wife Chesca Garcia.

Doug posted photos of himself together with Chesca on the lot where their dream house will be constructed.

According to the famous vlogger, it is a 'build and sell' passion project for him and his partner.

“Building another dream home! A build and sell passion project for me and my forever partner. ️” he captioned in his post.

In his post, the celebrity dad shared how they got the idea of building another home for another family after netizens said that the place where they currently live is a 'dream home' for many.

“Ever since our home tour video, so much have said that our home is a dream home for many. So today, we took the first step into building a dream home that our family would love, but with the intention of building it for another family (investor) in the near future. ️️️ We're so excited to put our vision and heart into this project. Thank you Lord. ️” he added in his caption.

The two tied the knot in 2008 and they have been blessed with three incredible children - Kendra, Scarlett, and Gavin.
