In case you didn't know, Sparkle artist Kyline Alcantara has always dreamed of serving the country and being a soldier. If she isn't a celebrity today, it would be her job. And in a newly uploaded vlog on her YouTube channel, she gets one step closer to her dream of being a soldier reservist as she tries her hand at shooting in this firing range in Quezon City.

Before she shoots and fires guns, Kyline met with Itchi of Team Alpha to learn about the basics and the four cardinal rules of gun shooting. According to Itchi, the four cardinal rules keep you safe while trying your hand at firing guns.

Always remember to treat every gun as if it is loaded every time, avoid placing your trigger finger on the trigger unless you are ready to shoot, don't point your gun to anything or anyone you don't intend to shoot, and be sure of your target and what's around your target.

Apart from these four important pointers, your stance when it comes to firing is also vital. Headed by Noel Tan of Team Alpha, Kyline was taught how to stand properly depending on the firearm she'll be using.

For her first try, Kyline fired a rifle and successfully hit her targets all in one go. Even the professional shooters around her were impressed by how she handled her gun. Afterward, she hopped on the handgun challenge and fired a pistol. The Kapuso actress felt all the thrill and anticipation soon as she fired with the small gun.

To conclude her experience, Kyline said, “Ang sarap pala. Masakit lang sa arms pero masarap sya sa pakiramdam.” So long as it's legal and safe, Kyline recommends the sport to her sunflowers.
