The Miss Supranational pageant is becoming even more real for Pauline Amelinckx as she meets her competitors.
The country's current delegate to the Miss Supranational pageant, Pauline Amelinckx, has landed in Poland, and the Boholano beauty is wasting no time making friends with her fellow delegates.
In the latest post on her Instagram account, Pauline put up several pictures of her at the Hotel Czarny Potok, the pageant's host hotel. Aside from shots around the hotel, she also shared a photo with some of her fellow delegates. In the caption to the post, Pauline wrote that it was “exciting” to have friends in different parts of the world by the time the pageant ends.
It was only yesterday that Pauline posted several photos of her at the Clark International Airport as she prepared to depart to Poland, where the Miss Supranational coronation night will be held on July 14. In the caption to the post, Pauline admitted to feeling some nervousness, but explained that “the excitement and gratitude outweigh all of that.” She also acknowledged the other people who are part of her journey and promised that she would raise the country's flag high and wear the sash with “both humility and pride.”
Pauline is not going into the Miss Supranational pageant empty-handed, having already been declared the Group 10 winner of the SUPRA Chat challenge, earning her a spot in the top 10 semi-final round of the SUPRA Chat challenge.
The win in the SUPRA Chat challenge was made possible by the support of her Instagram followers and Filipino pageant fans, who went to work after she posted instructions on how to vote for her on her Instagram account.
Other challenges that Filipino pageant fans can help Pauline out with include her introduction video. Fans can vote for her video on the Miss Suprantional YouTube channel.
The SUPRA Headshot challenge is another way Filipinos can help her out, as Pauline explains doing well on the challenge would also guarantee her a place in the pageant's Top 24.
