What is Dingdong Dantes’ formula for success?

A passionate actor, an industrious businessman and very recently, a bachelor’s degree-holder— Primetime King Dingdong Dantes sure wears many hats.
Despite the many items on his to-do list, he makes sure that he doesn’t get into anything half-heartedly and that he delivers nothing short of his best.
Recently, he joined a panel of judges to screen the candidates for the GMA Network Excellence Award for Communications (Read full story here) where he spoke with students who impressed him with their ability to stay afloat despite the challenges that school work and their organization's tasks bring.
On his side, graduating this year while balancing his businesses and career in show business wasn’t easy, but he was determined to attain his objectives.
What mindset does this achiever espouse, that allows him to always play his A-game?
“If you engage into something, you have to put your 100% to it. When you say 100%, it should be backed by proper research, proper knowledge, and syempre 'yung mismong execution,” he said.
The actor emphasized the need to know everything you have to take care of and identifying how to properly engage in them. Once you see one task through, he said that you also have to remember that there are still many more things that need your attention.
“Kapag nagawa mo na [ng] 100% [ang isang bagay], you have to remember that you also have 99 other things to do.” Dingdong noted that well-roundedness is not merely achieving objectives, but also knowing how to take care of yourself.
“It’s just really a matter of balancing all these and putting them together to make you a productive person kasi pwedeng ginagawa mo lahat pero pinapatay mo naman ang sarili mo, which is useless,” he declared.
His vision is that for more people strive to excel in their pursuits, so that excellence can be a shared accomplishment.
“It has to be plus plus for all factors and sectors involved, for everyone to move forward altogether,” he added.
