Mark Herras’ ideal girl

Of all the girls Mark Herras has ever loved, there’s one that he’s certain will be a constant.
It isn’t one of his past girlfriends, or a current partner, but rather his seven-month old daughter Ada. Last Saturday, he shared with Startalk how much she has changed his life.
“Sobrang ang dami ko nang ginawa sa buhay ko dati, bago dumating si Ada. Ngayon na dumating [siya] sa ‘kin, sobrang mas nagpakatino ako— sa trabaho, sa pananaw sa buhay, iba na. Iba na ngayon,” he said.
After the conclusion of Rhodora X, he’s able to spend more time with his little girl. “Simula po nung natapos yung taping ng Rhodora X, mas madalas ko nakikita si Ada. [Tuwing] weekend and every time na wala akong trabaho. Lalo na ngayon, wala ako [masyadong] ginagawa so nakakasama ko si Ada,” he added.
With all the time he allots for her, is there room for a significant other in Mark’s life?
As long as she’s able to love his daughter, Mark emphasized. “Sa stage ko ngayon… kung sino ang makakatanggap kay Baby Ada. Yun na yung katayuan ko ngayon eh,” the dancer-actor noted.
“Hindi na tulad ng before na ako lang. Ako lang yung tatanggapin nila, ako yung mamahalin nila. But this time, syempre, kung sino yung makakatanggap ng buo kay Ada,” he declared.
He wouldn’t want to be with someone who will make him choose between her or his daughter. “Ayaw ko na paghahatiin o pagpapapiliin ako ng oras. Ayaw ko ng ganun. Syempre kung sino tatanggap kay Ada,” he said.
