Triple birthday celebration for Chef Boy Logro, Kevin Santos and Pekto

On June 20, a triple birthday party was given to GMA artists: Chef Boy Logro, Kevin Santos and Pekto at the Quezon City Sports Club. The trio’s party was organized by GMA Artist Center and their sponsors. The venue was packed with their special guests- the kids of Onesimo Bulilit foundation.
It was a late birthday celebration for Pekto (June 14) and Kevin (June 15), while the party was an advanced treat for Chef Boy who will be celebrating his birthday in Davao on the 29th of June. Instead of surprising the birthday boys, it was Chef Boy, Kevin, and Pekto who surprised the kids with games and prizes.

According to Kevin it was a gratifying experience because it was his first time to give a party for kids. “Sinabi sa akin ng Artist Center kung ito ang gusto ko. Hindi ako nagdalawang isip kasi masaya e, puro bata kasama ko at nakikita ko silang tumatawa at naghihiyawan. So iba yung feeling, masarap yung feeling na pag-uwi ko sa bahay at matulog, masarap yung tulog mo, parang ganun,” he said.
Like Kevin, it was also Pekto’s first time to have a party like this. He said, “Masayang masaya ako at the same time, dapat masaya rin sila.”
For Chef Boy, it was a good experience because it reminded him of where he came from. Chef Boy shared, “May mga kids, nakakatuwa kasi parang balik-tanaw kung saan kami nanggaling. Ayan ibinibigay namin sa kanila.”
After the games and surprises, the boys shared their birthday wish.
Kevin wishes good things not only for himself but also for the kids of Onesimo Bulilit Foundation. “Sana more projects at maging healthy pa ako. Sana mga kasama ko dito, maging okay silang lahat. Sana mag-aral sila,” he said.
Chef Boy and Pekto wished for good health and longer life. “Sana bigyan pa kami ng mahabang buhay, para siyempre makapagbigay pa kami ng kaligayahan sa bawat nilalang,” Pekto shared.
Chef Boy added, “Parang ganoon na rin. Siyempre naman, good health at mahabang buhay para sa amin yung mga ginagawa namin, madugtungan pa.”
