Gretchen Barretto gives Heart Evangelista advice on her career and how to empower herself

Gretchen Barretto had a meaningful discussion about career and life with Heart Evangelista.

Gretchen and Heart's conversation was featured in Dr. Aivee Teo's vlog when they visited her clinic.

"You must remember when they stop being mean, something's wrong with you. And when that happens, you should be worried," Gretchen tells Heart when they discuss surviving as a public figure.

Gretchen reminded Heart that she has courage and she can survive the industry.

"You're so matapang. You will survive this world. Stay beautiful, you will survive.”

She added, "If you stay beautiful, you empower yourself, the rest will follow and just let them."

Gretchen also told Heart what she thought of her thriving career.

"Matagal pa magkakaroon ng isa pang katulad mo. Or baka hindi. Not just anyone can pop up and say I want to be this, and be that."

She mentioned that people can try following Heart's footsteps, but maintaining it will not be easy.

"To maintain it is a different story. You have to maintain it.
