He's not a tween star anymore but a bona fide actor!
'Yan ang gustong patunayan ni Kapuso heartthrob Jake Vargas as he ventures into more mature roles.
Nakilala itong si Jake sa hit Kapuso kilig serye na Tween Hearts kung saan nakasama niya ang mga fellow young stars niya na sina Barbie Forteza, Derrick Monasterio, Joyce Ching, Hiro Peralta, Kristoffer Martin at ang kanyang current girlfriend na si Bea Binene.
Hindi matatawaran ang versatility nitong si Jake as a Kapuso talent dahil bukod sa pagsasayaw, nakilala at pinarangalan na rin ang aktor for his singing prowess. Sino ba naman ang hindi kikiligin sa boses ng binata with his hit songs Ngiti at Basta’t Kasama Kita, which earned him the title New Male Recording Artist at the PMPC Star Awards for Music.
Now busy siya sa kanyang kabi-kabilang shows like Pepito Manaloto, where he plays Chito, Walang Tulugan with the Master Showman and every Sunday sa variety program na Sunday All Stars.
