Iya Villania and Drew Arellano are constructing their new home located in Tanay, Rizal.
After building their vacation home in Rizal, Iya Villania and Drew Arellano are constructing another house in the province.
This time, the Kapuso couple, who are parents to four kids Primo, Leon, Alana, and Astro, are building their new home in the mountainous town of Tanay.
In his Instagram Story on Tuesday, March 12, Drew shared snaps of the construction of their new house, calling it "Bahay Ni Drew Tanay" in reference to the TV host's travel show, Biyahe Ni Drew.
In one photo, Drew showed their bare, waterless outdoor pool where the Sierra Madre mountain ranges can be seen.
You can tell that the property sits in a hilly area, as seen in his subsequent Story.
The couple commissioned Ikoniq Design Studio which also designed their tiny dream house in Taytay.
