Marian Rivera honored by high school alma mater

Primetime Queen Marian Rivera on Oct. 2 returned to her high school alma mater, St. Francis of Assisi College in Las Piñas, to accept the Dove Award for Excellence in Socio-Civic and Entertainment.
Besides learning in the classroom, her high school also served as Marian’s training ground for her dancing skills. Needless to say, she danced with some of the students on stage.
She told Cata Tibayan of 24 Oras, “Ang pagtatapos ng pag-aaral, ito talaga ang kayamanang hindi makukuha nino man.”
Marian is currently busy planning her wedding despite her showbiz commitments.
According to her, she does not mind. If there is anything that she feels right now, it is sheer excitement.
Last week, she started food tasting with her fiancé, Dingdong Dantes. She mentioned that all of their favorite dishes will be served, especially sinigang.
The Primetime Queen gushed, “Palagi niyang sinasabi sa akin na hindi ko kailangang i-please ang lahat. Isa lang ang gusto kong i-please, ikaw. So nakakataba ng puso. Nakaka-in love lalo.”
