Love bites: Heart reveals caterers for her receptions

It is often said that you must never scrimp on the food you serve your guests during your wedding reception, as aside from the dress, it is the one thing that guests will remember for a long time.
Kapuso beauty Heart Evangelista definitely took that to heart during the preparations for her upcoming wedding with Senator Chiz Escudero.
The couple will be having two receptions. One will be in Balesin, following their wedding ceremony where an intimate number of guests will be attending. The other one will be a few days after, in Manila to accommodate more of the couple's many friends.
GMANetwork.com caught the bride-to-be backstage, during the last week's Startalk and asked her about the receptions.
"For Balesin, it will be the Balesin Island Club. Nag-food tasting na kami doon. We'll be having a mix of some different kinds," says Heart.
The Balesin Island Club has a number of different restaurants which serve Filipino, Indonesian, Thai, Greek, French, Spanish, and Italian cuisine.
"For Manila, it will be Bizu," she shares.
Known for weddings, Bizu Catering Studio is the catering arm of Bizu Patisserie. Aside from providing the menu, they also handle details like table settings, floral arrangements and such.
"Iyon 'yung unang una namin actually na inasikaso. Since we're having a separate venue and a different day for the reception in Manila, siyempre importante na ma-enjoy nila 'yung pagkain," she explains.
Heart admits that she is a fan of Bizu, which is also known for their desserts and pastries.
"Hindi pwedeng basta basta, so we got Bizu. Every little thing, down to the smallest detail of what's on top of their desserts are all very artsy so I like that," she adds.
