Difficult 2021

Nancy Castiglione had a difficult 2021. Aside from losing a job, she also lost a dear family member. In her Instagram post, she reflected on her journey as a mom.

She posted, “Lost a job I was passionate about, struggled with adjusting to being a mom to 'tweens', and lost my favorite uncle... All while struggling to navigate myself and my family through this pandemic like everyone else.”

“It has been a master class in mental health, a conditioning of the soul and a

deep-dive into figuring out how to achieve a more aligned and purposeful life. I channeled all of the negative feelings I was overwhelmed with, and decided to try and turn them into something positive. I quietly pulled strength from all the resources available to me.

“My family, my squad (who are also family), mentors and colleagues and most importantly ME. I turned inward and spent a lot of time in my head until I figured things out. Then I took action. Action creates momentum.”
