Actress Ara Mina and her non-showbiz beau Dave Almarinez tied the knot yesterday, June 30 at the Alphaland Baguio Mountain Lodges Chapel.
Ara wore a gown designed by Leo Almodal. According to Almodal, the gown is embellished with crystals, corseted, and cinched to emphasize the actress's tiny waist which only measures 23 inches.
Meanwhile, Dave wore a lovely three-piece suit from Francis Libiran.
For their reception, both bride and groom changed into less elaborate but equally beautiful clothes.
Ara wore a form-fitting dress from Francis Libiran, while Dave wore a white tuxedo also designed by Francis Libiran.
Ara's sisters Cristine Reyes and Heidi Gatmaytan served as her matrons of honor. Actress Jan Marini also served as matron of honor, while Barbie Imperial joined the entourage as bridesmaid.
Meanwhile, Kapuso chef Jose Sarasola served as one of Dave's groomsmen.
Also present in the star-studded wedding were Patricia Javier and her husband Dr. Rob Walcher, Dingdong Avanzado and Jessa Zaragoza with their daughter Jayda, Diego Loyzaga who went as Barbie's date, Sunshine Cruz--the long-time girlfriend of Ara's half-brother Macky Mathay, beauty queen Samantha Bernardo, Melissa Ricks, JC Parker, and Jenny Miller.
Ara has kept mum about her relationship with Dave but the two were engaged last January. The couple also had a beautiful prenuptial shoot in Palawan to mark their engagement.
