Joyang TV or Joyce Glorioso became famous on TikTok after posting videos of her dancing in her kitchen with a deadpan expression.
She went viral after netizens noticed a bunch of bananas hanging from the ceiling. Her followers have since dubbed her the "Banana Queen."
Joyce went on with the moniker and strategically placed bananas in her photos and videos. She also had a few banana-inspired photoshoots.
She boasts of a significant social media following: 2 million followers and 35.6 million likes on TikTok; 270.2K followers on Facebook; 49.5K on Twitter; and 10.6K on Instagram.
She has also launched her YouTube channel with 58.9K subscribers and 766,502 combined video views.
In a vlog, Joyce revealed that she earned a degree in hotel and restaurant management and had culinary training at the Greenbrier Hotel in West Virginia.
Her first job was a cook at a casual dining restaurant.
But it seems that Joyce has a passion for performing even when she was younger.
She shared that she was a lyre band member from elementary until high school, a folk dancer from kindergarten until high school, and she also joined various cultural street dances.
Joyce's comedic talent landed her a part in the Philippines' biggest primetime adventure series this 2021, 'Lolong.'
She has been sharing photos and videos from the show's lock-in taping in her social media accounts.
