Kapuso cutie and 'StarStruck' season 7 alumnus Abdul Rahman is sporting a brand new look.
He has recently shorn off his lovely locks and is now sporting a buzz cut.
According to Abdul, the new hairstyle was born out of his desire for a fresh look. It is also the first time he is sporting such close-cropped hair.
Other than that, the decision to cut his floppy hair was inspired by other young adults he saw on TikTok.
"Ako lang po nakapag-isip ng style, buzz cut po siya. Dami kasi ako nakikita sa TikTok--'yung mahahaba buhok nila, tapos sign na daw na mag-buzz cut," he revealed in a recent interview with GMANetwork.com.
Abdul says that he likes the result as it gives him a mature look.
"I really like the result, and yes better pa siya sa na-imagine ko na magiging look ko. Nag-transform talaga mukha ko and nag-mature in a way," he shared.
At the same time, he admits that he misses his long hair from time to time.
"Minsan nakaka-miss 'yung long hair, lagi ko kasi ginagalaw 'yun pati pinaglalaruan. Minsan 'di pa rin ako sanay, pero as a good friend said, 'Cutting your hair is leaving the bad energy with it behind,'" Abdul said.
