Andrei Trazona, the son of former Sexbomb member Izzy Trazona, introduced to the public his alter ego as Sofia.
In July 2023, Andrei shared photos of Sofia as he joined his first-ever drag competition, Bunganga Battle Royale.
"Many people underestimated me when I started doing drag since I am from the social media industry," he wrote in the caption.
"But I am here to prove that I'm not just a Content Creator but a Drag Queen."
However, it seemed that Izzy could not fully support Andrei in his quest to becoming a famous drag queen.
She wrote on Instgram, "Andrei anak, I love you so much to not support you on things that will harm you. I am always here for you...your mama, mahal na mahal kita."
Meet the new personality of Andrei as Sofia through these pictures.
After his birthday this year, Andrei Trazona showed to the public his "baby girl attitude" with his picture while wearing a wig and black bra.
As he continued to share some of his photos, 'Drag Race Philippines' host Paolo Ballesteros expressed his support to Andrei.
Before his first drag competition Bunganga Battle Royale, Andrei introduced Sofia, his drag persona.
On his Instagram, Andrei admitted that people "underestimated" him since he already has a following on social media. "But I am here to prove that I'm not just a content creator but a drag queen."
Andrei gave Sofia the moniker "Sexbomb Royalty," an allusion to his mom Izzy Trazona's former work as member of the Sexbomb Girls.
In 'Bunganga Battle Royale,' Sofia's first performance was the theme song of the anthology series 'Daisy Siete.' He also performed the Sexbomb Girls' hit song, 'Bakit Papa?'
From Sexbomb Girls, Sofia's next performance was to the tune of Toni Fowler's 'M.P.L.'
"I get what I want," Andrei wrote on Instagram as he shared some photos from his performance at Nectar Nightclub, an LGBT-friendly watering hole where drag performances are regularly held.
For Andrei, Sofia lets him have new discoveries and reignites his love for his art.
