Exceptional culinary talent seems to be the strength of the Heussaff family. The newly engaged Solenn Heussaff is starting to make waves online when she posts her #SolennCooking in her Instagram account.
Solenn prepared Vin Chaud when she went to Japan. Vin Chaud is a popular drink in France where they mix different ingredients to create a hot wine. In Solenn's Instagram post, she shared: "Super low fire, red wine, fresh oranges, diced pear, cinamon [sic] sticks, cloves, star anis, a bit of honey, pepper, cayenne pepper, cardammon, fresh vanilla sticks."
Solenn's idea of a big breakfast: Bacon slab and tomato casserole with feta egg souffle.
Solenn's craving: A typical Filipino meal, fried rice, corned beef and egg.
Even when Solenn is sick, she still makes time to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. Solenn showed her own creation of chicken pandan green tea lugaw.
A quick tip from Solenn: Slice the chicken before serving so that it will be easy to eat.
Overnight marinate for the morning execution. Solenn calls this dish, "bursting of flavors", just like what his brother usually says in his YouTube channel.
Breakfast will never be the same once Solenn gives you a taste of her oven-baked eggs with light cream, 2 types of cheddar cheese, homemade pesto and cayenne pepper. Topped with homemade salsa (tomatoes, capers, feta cheese).
Looks like Nico is ready to eat the entire cake that Solenn baked.
Solenn made sure that Nico will eat a healthy meal before she went to work.
Solenn gives a suggestion on how to enjoy a movie marathon at home. Grab a bag of healthy vegetable chips and create a homemade salsa.
Nico got his Japanese inspired dinner right before Solenn left for a meeting.
Another dinner prepared for Nico: "90 min roasted milk chicken and spices, and milet [sic] with carrots, mushroom, onions, chicken broth and white wine."
