Liza Soberano and 'Lisa Frankenstein' co-star Kathryn Newton spent the day in Universal Studios Hollywood together to celebrate Kathryn's birthday.
"Spent the whole day yesterday with this one. Happy birthday @kathrynnewton," Liza wrote on Instagram.
"BTW, @lisafrankensteinfilm is out today so please make the birthday girl happy and watch our movie."
Kathryn replied to Liza's post and wrote, "Couldn't love you more! So grateful for our friendship."
Lisa Frankenstein movie also stars Cole Sprouse, Jenna Davis, Carla Gugino, and Henry Eikenberry. It premiered in Philippine cinemas on February 7.
The film is inspired by the gothic novel 'Frankenstein' by English writer Mary Shelley. The movie follows Lisa (Kathryn Newton), a misunderstood teenager, and her love interest who happens to be a Victorian-era corpse called The Creature (Cole Sprouse).
Liza plays Taffy, Lisa's popular stepsister who becomes her ally in resurrecting The Creature.
