Carlos Yulo addresses mom's claims about alleged stolen incentives, girlfriend Chloe San Jose

Olympic gymnastics champion Carlos Yulo recently addressed rumors and false details about his previous incentives and his relationship with his girlfriend, Chloe San Jose.
On his TikTok account, the two-time Olympic gold medalist posted a video clarifying several issues stemming from claims made by his mother, Angelica Yulo.
He began by addressing the reported PhP70,000 incentive he received from the World Gymnastics Championships in 2021. Carlos corrected the information, stating it was actually from the year 2022 and that he should have received a six-figure amount for the incentives.
He then alleged that he discovered most of his money was secretly taken by his mother, who held his bank accounts before.
The gymnast clarified that he wasn't upset about the stolen money but about the breach of trust and the secrecy involved.
Carlos also addressed his mother's negative claims about his girlfriend. At one point, Angelica judged Chloe negatively based on her appearance. Carlos defended Chloe, explaining that she was raised in Australia, where cultural norms, actions, and clothing are different from Filipinos.
Carlos further stressed that Chloe is financially independent.
At the end of his video, the 24-year-old athlete acknowledged his family's congratulatory message.
In the end, he also wished his family well, especially his mom.
