Nikocado Avocado

American Youtube content creator Nikocado Avocado, or Nicholas Perry in real life, is known online for his mukbang videos. At this writing, his main channel has already 4.1 million subscribers with over 800 million views.

When he started in YouTube channel in 2014, he began making vegan and lifestyle videos, aside from musical performances here and there. However, in 2016, he shifted to mukhang videos, a genre of video where the host eat foods while talking to the audience.

However, as his followers grew, he became a target of online criticism for his weight gain. Early in 2024, he stopped uploading videos on his main account, and after four months, he stopped making videos on his secondary account.

In September 2024, he surprised everyone when he uploaded a video titled 'Two Steps Ahead,' where he showed he already lost 110kg within two years. Nikocado explained that he prerecorded his videos while he was losing weight as part of his "social experiment".
