Heart Evangelista receives a touching birthday surprise in Sorsogon

It’s Heart Evangelista’s birthday this Valentine’s Day! The actress just turned thirty-one today.
She celebrated her birthday in Sorsogon, where a big surprise was waiting for her.
"This made me cry," said Heart in her Instagram post. She then thanked everyone with an emotional message.
"Going home to Sorsogon is like going home to a family. extremely touched. maraming Salamat sa lahat ng bumati at nagmamahal happy valentines to all of you as well #mahalkongsorsogon."
Heart’s Beautiful Strangers co-actress Lovi Poe also greeted her BFF on Instagram! She wrote, "She is one of the rare ones, so effortlessly herself and the world loves her for it. Happy birthday @iamhearte ! I love you! #HappyHeartsDay #atticus"
