The moment became even more memorable as family members began placing bets on the baby's gender. Most guessed it would be a boy, while others voted otherwise.
Moments later, Mav and Matthew revealed that their soon-to-arrive bundle of joy is a baby girl!

The Kapuso reporter also shared another delightful news, "Also, our baby started kicking on the last day of 2025! New milestone unlocked. 😍"
Fans quickly filled the comment section with congratulatory messages, expressing excitement for the growing family.
Last June 2025, Mav Gonzales and Matthew Valeña announced their engagement. A few months later, the couple tied the knot.
On December 19, they revealed that they were expecting their first child during an appearance on the afternoon talk show Fast Talk with Boy Abunda.
Mav also opened up about her pregnancy journey, sharing that she was diagnosed with PCOS one month before their wedding.
“A month before our wedding, I was diagnosed with PCOS and told I'll probably have issues conceiving because of my age, too. Well, a one-week honeymoon beat the odds,” Mavi added.
“Mini us coming soon,” said the reporter.
