Klea Pineda aims to be more focused and mature at 18

By FELIX ILAYA

For a lot of ladies, turning 18 is a huge milestone as it is a time where girls blossom into women which is why Klea Pineda was all smiles during her debut last night (March 25) at the Nobu Hotel, City of Dreams.

However, Klea admitted in her interview that she had second thoughts about pushing through with her debut, #EighteenK.

But of course, once the young Kapuso actress sets her mind on something, she works hard to make it happen.

"Hands-on talaga ako, 'yung Artist Center [and] 'yung GMA Network, kino-contact ko sila kung ano 'yung nagiging progress 'nung plans namin," said Klea.

Much like other debutantes, she had her own share of pre-debut woes.

"Kinakabahan ako sa totoo lang kasi siyempre sa akin 'yung spotlight and lahat ng attention sa'kin pero nae-excite talaga ako ng sobra," she admitted.

Klea was definitely looking forward to having a night to remember with the people closest to her, "Gusto ko 'yung masaya lang kami na talagang walang ma-OP, lahat friends, walang mangyaring masama."

As she turns another year older, Klea shared with us her simple wishes for herself.

"Mas mag-focus ako sa craft ko, maging matalino sa pagde-desisyon sa buhay and mas maging matured sa mga life decisions," said she.

Klea's party was definitely a success as everyone cheered for the debutante when she arrived.

For her first look, Klea wore an exquisite Leo Almodal gown in chartreuse.
