WATCH: Camille Prats knows what's right for Nathan in new TV commercial

By BEA RODRIGUEZ

Kapuso star Camille Prats has played many roles in the last 25 years of her showbiz career, but nothing compares to being a mother to her son Nathan.

She has been a single parent ever since her late husband Anthony Linsangan died six years ago. That left her to stand up as both a mother and father to her little one.

Earlier today (May 19), the Mars host along with her nine-year-old son were introduced as the newest ambassadors of the brand, RiteMED for Kids.

“Super excited, that’s the first thing I felt because Nathan and I have a couple of things we endorse online, but not really, parang a TVC na full-on endorsements,” the 31-year-old TV host said in the media launch.

She also shared how her son reacted when they got the endorsement, “Siyempre, parang nahiya-hiya siya [pero I told him], I think it’s [going to] be fun.”

True enough, they look genuinely happy on the TV screen, “Kapag magkasama kami, parang it’s not work eh, parang it’s always play and it’s something that I always look forward to kasi for us, it’s also [like a] bonding experience.”

As for the actress’ little man, he is “very thankful” for the opportunity, and said the TV shoot was “super fun ‘cause I got to dance.”

He also revealed that it’s his mom who has been backing him up in his showbiz stints as well as the one who’s always there when he’s sick, “[Si] Mommy, lagi niya po akong hine-help.”
