WATCH: Solenn Heussaff and Carla Humphries' funny 'Arte-stahin' video

Solenn Heussaff shares what happens when you know how have to fun while working on a strenuous job. In this funny video, Solenn was joined by her good friend Carla Humphries to ask, “Do you have what it takes to be an artista?”

The Taste Buddies and All Star Videoke host wrote that the glamorous things that people frequently see are just bits and pieces of being an artista. Being a celebrity entails hard work and discipline. She said, “I hate to be the one to break it to you, but that’s just a little part of being a celebrity, although it’s what a lot of people see. What happens behind the scenes is what makes it feel more like a real job—you always have to be prepared to do all sorts of things on the spot, you need to memorize 10 pages worth of lines in 20 minutes, and you have a lot of long working days.”

The secret to making the most of the artista life is by not taking things too seriously and that is the reason why Solenn and Carla came up with this video. She said, “The key to making it in an industry where everyone is trying to make it is to just have fun. Me and my friend Carla Humphries (follow her on Insta @carla_humphries and on YouTube at madzforyou), we try not to take ourselves and what we do too seriously. Because, honestly, if we think too much about what everyone thinks of us or if we feel conscious about every little thing we do, we would go CRAZY. Lol.
