Scarlet Snow Belo never fails to shine and charm every wedding entourage she joins.
The three-year-old was the most adorable flower girl in Iza Calzado and Ben Wintle's wedding in Coron, Palawan on December 19.
Dra. Vicki Belo couldn't be more proud of her charming and intelligent little girl.
