Chris posted on Instagram that he is impressed on how well Charles handles his busy schedule and still maintain a social life.

“Happiest birthday @charlestiu ! One of the most hardworking guys I know! From coaching several teams, to the office… yet he manages to have a social life and stays in good shape to rule alumni leagues. I don't know how he does it!”

He also described his sibling as his 'biggest supporter' and 'critic.'

“I don't know how he does it! He has also been my biggest supporter (he better be!) since I started playing ball and also the only one who I can openly speak my mind to about basketball games. And only he tells me the hard truth when I'm messing up.”

The Kapuso host also shared this piece of advice to his workaholic brother.

Chris said, “My advise to him is to slow down a bit, don't jump right into things, enjoy the process, focus and take care of your health!

“I better stop now or I won't have anything else to say during my best man speech ... whenever that will be. Btw, I'm now known as the brother of Charles Tiu. Have a good one!”

Happiest birthday @charlestiu ! One of the most hardworking guys I know! From coaching several teams, to the office, to his live daily show on CNN and yet he manages to have a social life and stays in good shape to rule alumni leagues . I don't know how he does it! He has also been my biggest supporter (he better be!) since I started playing ball and also the only one who I can openly speak my mind to about basketball games. And only he tells me the hard truth when I'm messing up. I'm proud of how he worked his way to become head coach of a pro team and a legitimate sports analyst/host through his own merit. His ability to process and absorb information especially sports-related is one of a kind. My advise to him is to slow down a bit, don't jump right into things, enjoy the process, focus and take care of your health! I better stop now or I won't have anything else to say during my best man speech ... whenever that will be. Btw, I'm now known as the brother of Charles Tiu. Have a good one!
