In an Instagram video uploaded on her mom Vicki Belo's Instagram account, Scarlet shares some important tips when an earthquake happens.
"After yesterday's magnitude 6.1 earthquake, it's important for us parents to teach our kids how to be safe during an earthquake. So far, I think @scarletsnowbelo gets it. What do you think?
