Trick-or-treat: 2019 Halloween activities for the family

Halloween isn't just a holiday of sharing scary stories, it's also a great day for bonding with the family. Enjoy this year's Halloween with these trick or treat events happening around Metro Manila.

1. Heroes and Villains of the Galaxy

When and where: October 27 ( Velvet Ballroom, Seda BGC Hotel)

Seda BGC presents children's Halloween costume party called “Heroes and Villains of the Galaxy.” Parents and kids are invited to dress up as their favorite space-themed character for a celebration of the trick-or-treat season. Fun inflatables, face painting, games, and contests are also part of this fantastic Halloween experience.!

2. Taking Flight

When and where: October 26 (Santolan Town Plaza)

Get ready for take-off as Rockwell Airways takes you on a trip around the world this Halloween.

Check items off your travel bucket list as you explore international-themed booths beginning with the Philippines, then jet-off to Japan, London, India, Paris, and South Africa. A mall-wide trick-or-treat activity will also take place, as well as a balloon dance number from Tectonix! Hurry and book your Rockwell Airways flight this Halloween!

3. Mystery Mansion

When and where: October 26 and 27 (Cloverleaf Showroom and Glorietta Showroom)

The Ayala Museum is currently under renovation, but the museum is keeping its tradition of celebrating Halloween. For the past 5 years, Ayala Museum has hosted its Midnight Museum. But this year, the museum is trying something new and is taking its Halloween experience to a whole new level.

Ayala Museum presents “Mystery Mansion” where kids take on a journey to a mansion with infinite doors. The event will have two batches each: October 26 at the Cloverleaf Showroom and October 27 at the Glorietta Showroom.

4. Petrified 2019

When and where: October 27 (Eastwood Mall Open Park)

Join a thrilling adventure at “Petrified 2019: A Zombie Halloween Bash” at Eastwood City and enjoy a series of activities for your kids and pets.

Come in your scariest costumes and get a chance to win prizes during the Kids & Pet Costume Contest. plus join the Halloween hoard and hunt for sweet treats during the Trick or Treat Parade.

For adrenaline junkies, join the Zombie Crawl race and run for your lives. You can also score a bullseye on zombie brains to win the archery contest at Brain Hunt. Catch the cutest Pet Magic show during Petracadabra. Let your pets enjoy an outbreak of Halloween madness with activities like pet talks, pet agility courses, a grooming station and more.

5. Boo!

When and where: October 25 to 27 (Fun Ranch Alabang and Ortigas)

Prepare your kiddie costumes and get ready to spook it out, as Fun Ranch brings back “Boo! Time”.

With “Boo! Time”, kids can enjoy watching magical entertainment, collecting treats, playing games and showing off best costumes and get a chance to win exciting prizes. Each kiddie ticket includes Unlimited Play at the indoor playground, loot bags, snacks, and trick or treating. Adult tickets include snacks and access to all side activities.
