Megan Young admits she got jealous over Mikael Daez and Andrea Torres's love team

Megan Young and Mikael Daez talk about jealousy in the latest episode of their podcast, #BehindRelationshipGoals.

Because of their shared occupation as actors, being paired with other people for different projects is not something that's new to them.

However, did you know that a previous love team partner of Mikael drove a bit of a wedge between the two?

In the podcast, Megan told the story about the time she got jealous over Mikael and Andrea Torres when they were paired up for the 2012 Kapuso drama, Sana Ay Ikaw Na Nga.

According to her, "Mikael said one time, 'Yeah, I have a new love team, I just wanna get to know her more para we become more comfortable together on the set.' I was like, 'Yeah that's cool. I've been there, I've done that. No big deal.'

"And then he goes, 'Hinatid ko nga siya doon sa bahay niya.' I was like, 'Uh, what?' Napatigil talaga ako. 'Can you just say that again? You made her hatid where?'"

Megan admitted that she felt jealous over what he did and she immediately voiced out her concern.

"Here's the deal, I'm gonna lay it out for you right now, this is how it looks like from the outside. People will see her going in your car, and yes, it's cool because love team nga kayo.

"What I'm worried about is what kind of thoughts are you putting in her head. I think she was single at that time and I don't want you to put any thoughts into her head like you're taking her home, galante ka, baka isipin niya na may gusto ka sa kanya.

"I don't want you to put these kinds of expectations in your love team. I want you to have a goal for your love team" she said.

As for Mikael's side, he just wanted to have a good working relationship with Andrea for the success of their new love team. However, he realized now that he's glad that Megan called him out and it was wrong of him to overstep his boundaries with his on-screen partner.

Now, Mikael and Megan are good friends with Andrea and she even believes that Andrea will find a good laugh out of their story.
